Schedule
Classes are 45 minutes for youth and 1 hour for adults and consist of a short warm-up period, followed by basics and then kata, kumite, bunkai and oyo bunkai. Karate requires effort and persistence and students can expect to be challenged and at the same time rewarded as they advance and their confidence grows.
